How do I book?

What are the payments I need to make?

  • You need to make two payments (i) the rental fee and (ii) the refundable security deposit
  • The rental fee is inclusive of the rental on the product as well as the delivery and pickup cost; there are no additional charges

How is the price calculated?

  • Each product displays a weekend / 2 day, 1 week, 2 week and 1 month price.
  • If you book for an odd number of days, the applicable price prorated for the number of days you booked is used. So for example, if you book for 10 days and the weekly price is Rs. 700/-, a price of Rs. 1,000/- is applicable for ten days.
  • When picking your rental days you also pick a time slot. From one time slot to the same time slot on the next day is counted as 1 day. So a Monday morning time slot to a Wednesday morning time slot is 2 days, while a Monday morning time slot to a Wednesday evening timeslot is 3 days rental.

How do I pay?

  • You don’t need to pay us at the time of booking. Payment is to be made on delivery. In some circumstances, we may require a advance payment of part of the amount. We will notify you if this is the case.
  • You can pay the rental fee via credit card, debit card or cash
  • You can pay the security deposit via credit card pre-authorization (we won't bill you, just block the amount) or via cash

Why do I have to pay a deposit?

  • The security deposit is to cover any damage that may occur (please read the damage policy)
  • If you rent from us for more than 20 days (over a single or multiple transactions) and we don't make any claims, we will waive the deposit for future transactions (conditions apply)
  • If you pay by credit card, the deposit will be a simple limit block on the card (you don’t pay anything); Else we collect it in cash
  • If there is no claim, the limit is released on the night of the asset pickup or the next morning; Cash deposits are returned at the time of asset pickup after a quick asset check

When will you deliver / pickup?

  • You will give us a rental start date and start time when booking
  • We will deliver within two hours before or after the time indicated
  • Don't worry, we will call you one day before delivery to confirm the drop time
  • Pickup works the same way

What if something is wrong with the product?

  • We thoroughly check each product before delivery
  • Currently all our products are brand new and in perfect working condition
  • On delivery, our delivery executive will be happy to wait for 10 minutes while you check the product; If something is unsatisfactory, we will send a replacement as soon as possible
  • Even if you don't notice anything on delivery, you can call us up to 4 hours after in case you find something missing or not working. We will replace the product as soon as possible

What if I want to cancel the order?

  • If you cancel the order within 48 hours before your delivery slot, a cancellation fee of INR 50 per day of booking will be levied; else there is no cancellation fee

What if I want to return the product early?

  • You can return the product early. However, we cannot offer any refund on the rental already paid

What if I want to keep the product longer?

  • You can keep the product longer provided no one else has booked it
  • If the extension is for a short period, we will collect the balance rental fee when we pick up the product; Else we will send someone to take the extended rental payment

What if something breaks or is lost?

Please do be careful with the products we provide and treat them as if they were your own or borrowed from a close friend. We take a lot of care to maintain our assets and keep them in near-new condition. Asset breakage / loss is not good for you as a customer or for us as service providers. With your co-operation, we can continue to bring you amazing products at super-low rentals.

What should I do if something breaks or is lost?

  • Reasonable wear and tear on the asset is not considered to be damage so don't worry about that
  • We understand that sometimes things go wrong and are reasonable about breakage. Please inform us as soon as possible so that we can help you.
  • We may waive or significantly reduce claims in genuine cases. Please be proactive and honest about what happened
  • In breakage / damage cases, we will retain the security deposit until we determine the amount recoverable from you

How much am I liable to pay if something breaks or is lost?

The amount you may need to pay is dependent on a number of factors. Some of them are:

  • the reason for the damage / loss
  • your track record as a customer
  • the age and condition of the asset (older assets have lower recovery amounts)
  • the degree of damage / loss

We reserve the right to waive any claim if we feel that the circumstances were beyond your control and the loss / damage was genuine.

The following may need to be paid by you:

  • For minor claims we may deduct from the security deposit and return the balance.
  • We do reserve the right to claim beyond the security deposit (please read our terms and conditions and the rental agreement emailed to you when you order). The balance claim can be paid by credit card, debit card or cash.
